JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Warehouse Associate

JOB TYPE:  Part Time Hourly 

REPORT TO: CEO

LOCATION: Pearl, MS and Surrounding Areas

RATE: $14/hr

DAYS and HOURS: 3 Days per week (24 hours per week)

Strands of Faith is a fast-growing faith-based beauty and lifestyle brand which manufactures high quality/clean products for women/men with kinky, coily, and curly hair types.

The Manufacturing Warehouse Associate will be an integral part of our team. We believe in going over and beyond with excellent customer service and developing quality products. This service will need to be continuously evident in the way our customers’ orders are manufactured and packaged. This role requires tediousness and precision with little room for error.

Job Duties:

The following is a list of general job responsibilities. This list is not all-inclusive and may change as the business needs change.

Warehouse and Production Duties:

• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area and environment
• Store raw ingredients properly in our warehouse
• Monitor production process
• Formulate batches of products from scratch
• Pump products by hand or via machinery
• Wash pots and buckets and sanitize the work areas
• Manage Inventory

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some College Experience preferred
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Able to work standing for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable mode of transportation
