I washed my hair with the hydrating shampoo and then deep conditioned with the intense deep treatment, letting it sit under a plastic bag for about 30mins. When I rinsed it out my hair was so soft and springy! I then finished up with adding the leave-in conditioner spray. The next day I was able to do a wash and go with another product but I believe the condition Strands of Faith put my hair in set my hair up to come out so well! We use Optiphen Plus as the preservative in our products, which contains a small amount of phenoxyethanol. While phenoxyethanol is effective at preventing microbial growth and maintaining product integrity, we understand that some customers may have concerns about this ingredient. It is used in very low concentrations, well within the safety guidelines set by global health authorities, including the FDA and the EU.
