Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) contract role with the potential to grow into a long-term position.

The Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our partnerships and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. The right candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable managing day-to-day processes as well as special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Order Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners.
  
  
• Manage incoming orders, fulfillment coordination, and ongoing communication.
  
  
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of partner-related operations.
  
  

External Engagement & Relationship Building

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders.
  
  
• Support brand visibility efforts through targeted outreach and communications.
  
  
• Coordinate sample requests, follow-ups, and external correspondence.
  
  

Project Support

• Contribute to strategic initiatives designed to expand organizational reach.
  
  
• Maintain organized trackers and project workflows.
  
  
• Provide administrative and operational support for outreach-related projects.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects; solid project management skills.
  
  
• Proactive in identifying roadblocks and confident in communicating solutions.
  
  
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience managing projects or coordinating outreach efforts.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
  
  
• A genuine passion for people, with empathy and care at the center of your work.
  
  
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision.
  
  
• Experience in relationship management, partnerships, or project coordination (preferred).
  
  
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
