We offer free shipping on all domestic (US) orders over $110. No promotional code is needed. Domestic orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Our normal processing time is 7-10 business days. During HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES, please allow 10-14 business days of processing during. If there are ever any changes or delays, we will keep you updated.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim. We can assist with this.
If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photos included to email@example.com.
